Are Classical 5.56 work units that are sent out to Linux machines shorter than those sent to Windows machines?

My rather slow dual-boot computer finishes them in half the time under Linux than when using Windows.

Because the benchmarks under Linux are much less than the Windows benchmarks, and because the work units finish much quicker under Linux, this means that I am claiming and receiving much less credit under Linux than when using Windows.

They should be normalized, but I'm not quit sure a lot of fuzz is being made about credits lately on boinc-dev.

Linux -in my case Fedora 13- will certainly not be faster because it is lacking two things Leiden needs: A C++-compiler and a Graphics library, which both are not provided for in the standard install using the Live-CD. After installing those two needed items I have not yet received a Leiden WU, but since my Simap and Einstein WUs could be completed without computation errors.
