| Well here is a 54 yo 100% DAV USAF although it did catch up with me until I was in my early 40's. Prior to this I was a Cardiac Perfusionist working on an open-heart team; transplants, LVAD's, valve replacements, kids. I had worked a Yale on the weekends doing; organ retrievals. Before hearts, I was a stockbroker, afterwards a rare book dealer. I love antiques and auctions. Went to school at UMass Amherst with a BS in Microbiology. Went to get a MS in perfusion. Well read and previously big 265 and 6'3" now I am at 190. I do not drink or smoke, my only vices being fishing, antiques, reading, and computer things. Helping is great, ever once in a while there is a person you really helped, they are not even aware of you. It appears that the stars toy with us. No doubt my input into these great machines of science is that of a particle or nonexistent. But just to be able to give to so many. It is gift, serenity arrives in the wake of a long program successively done. Stressed out, I find solace in my numbers, such a gift and I finely know that. |
